A police officer in plainclothes is interrogating a man (blue sweatshirt) who was arrested while buying cocaine in the streets. The man will be realeased after his deposition. Plainclothes law enforcement is a method used by police. The policemen wear plainclothes or "ordinary clothes" instead of a uniform in order to avoid detection or identification as law enforcement agents.
